Suzanne Treister
Suzanne Treister is a British contemporary artist who is based in London. Treister makes work about emerging technologies, developing fictional worlds and international collaborative organisations through the mediums of watercolour, drawing, media, photography and the internet. Her concept of work is the potential futures of humanity, alternate belief systems and technology.
Suzanne has shown work nationally and internationally. Treister won the COLLIDE International Award (2019), CERN Geneva/FACT UK published monographs. Some of Treister’s recent international exhibitions include the 7th Athens Biennale, Greece; Muzeum Sztuki, Lodz, Poland; 34th Ljubljana Biennale of Graphic Arts; Kunstmuseum Appenzell, Switzerland (2021); and Schirn Kunsthalle, Frankfurt; Yerevan Biennial, Armenia (2020).
